What is a CSA?
CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture.
This is a program to help support your local farm by pre-paying for a share of our products. By signing up for our CSA, you are helping us pay for costly farming expenses up front. We are able to more easily plan our year, and take care of the always expanding list of expenses. It doesn't only help us, it helps you.
You get a discount for pre-paying for your share.
Your support is put directly back into sustaining our family farm.
- In this day and time, we feel it is extremely important to know where your food comes from. We at Maple Shade Farm are committed to the health of our animals and our customers.
- We guarantee all of our meats to be grown by us from start to finish. In proper, healthy, environments needed for each individual species.
- All of our meat is raised with quality over quantity. We grow small batches of animals frequently. This helps us to ensure you are getting a quality product that has been raised with the attention and care it deserves. Due to our practice, we do run out of certain items and cuts. We appreciate your patience while we carefully raise our animals.

For each pick up you will receive the following:
2 - Whole Chicken (5-7lbs each)
2 - Packages of Chevon (Goat ) Meat. Each package is approx. 1 lb
(Stew Meat or Ground Meat could vary month to month )
2- Packages of Chevon(Goat) Sausage or Kielbasa. Each package is approx. 1lb
**Flavor may vary month to month.
Ex: Hot Italian, Sweet Italian, Chorizo or Kielbasa
1 - Dozen Farm Fresh Eggs
** Pick up once per month for a total of 6 months

Turkey
Turkeys are raised on a custom order basis.
All turkeys are available fresh
the week of Thanksgiving.
A deposit is required at time of ordering.
